Carl was one of the original ‘Power 100’ Call Centre professionals in the UK, as voted for and identified by the Call Centre Focus and has spoken at a wide number of Institute of Customer Service (ICS) conference events.

Having spent over 9 years in the Telecommunication industry, and 6 years within the Financial Services sector Carl specialises in head hunting and senior level appointments within Contact Centre and Customer/Consumer Operations.

Adrian Reeve

Formerly Head of Practice Technology Division at Gladstone Taylor, and a Senior Partner with Alexander James Executive Search a Technology focused search firm.

Adrian specialises in mid-level management and senior executive level hires in the Business Services, Technology, and Financial Services sectors where his expertise sits across various business functions.

Educated at Cranfield Business School, his headhunting experience has been gained over a 15 year period, prior to this he spent 8 years as a Business Director in the financial services industry with GAN Financial Services.

Matthew Evans

Matthew is a REC qualified recruitment professional who has gained an excellent understanding of the recruitment market place with a focus on the financial sector that was developed whilst heading up the investment team for a boutique financial recruitment practice based in Edinburgh, 12 years in the industry has given him valuable insight that gives clarity to both clients and candidates.

His recruitment experience is in both the external and internal environments, gained within blue chip international recruitment firms, as well as one of the world’s largest technology companies,

Matthew specialises in providing a consultative service in candidate attraction and process improvement, as well as interview preparation, career consultation, and CV preparation for candidates.

His experience and background is external and internal recruitment in the Banking and Technology sectors, he has 10 years experience working in the C-level hire environment for major international blue chip organisations.
